How can I place an order?

Do you ship internationally?

We do, but be aware of the countries import tax laws of the country you intend on shipping to, we have no control over any of this unfortunately, also once the package is in the hands of the local postal service we can't say how long it will take to get your order delivered, we suggest you contact them directly for more accurate updates!

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email!

What should I do if I receive the wrong product or my order is damaged?

Are there any perks or discounts for subscribers?

Yes, when you sign up for our monthly subscription plan you will receive a 10% discount for the life of your subscription!

How does Fireman’s Brew support firefighters?

We support firefighters by donating coffee to them and also giving a percentage of our profits to help fallen firefighters families!

What percentage of profits goes to the giving back program?

10% of our quarterly net profits!

Can I contribute directly to your firefighter initiatives?

Yes, please reach out to us on our support email and we will help you!

Returns and Refunds

What is your return and refund policy?

If the box or packaging is damaged upon receipt of your delivery please do contact us for support!

How long does it take to process a refund?

We process right away but some banks do take a few business days to complete the transaction for some reason so please be patient and contact your bank for more on this!
